Delivery time

The final delivery time depends largely on each country and city, we do not guarantee the exact day or time.
Delivery time is represented in business days. We do not make refunds due to shipping delays.
All shipping times displayed on our site are estimated as AVG.

Supply

In most cases, deliveries will be made to the customer's address, but in some cases, depending on the local post office, the customer may need to collect the packaging at a nearby local post office.
Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover customs fees and we do not make refunds because the customer does not solve customs procedures.
The shipping company can simply leave it in the customer's inbox, no signature required. We do not issue a refund if the tracking code appears as delivered and the customer has no items because it was stolen.

How do we send packages?

Shipments from our warehouse in China are sent by international air mail, in Poland, shipments are delivered by Poczta Polska and its operators.

Distribution from a central warehouse in China allows us to deliver products to almost every corner of the world.

Is the package free?

Yes, we provide free shipping on all products purchased by you.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide information about the shipment sent?

Yes, you will receive an email when the order is shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 7 days, please contact us.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

For some transport companies, tracking information is updated in the system within 2-10 business days.

Will my order be sent in one package?

Items are sent in one package, all are sent from our warehouse.

Returns

We want our customers to enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience, which is why our team is responsible for choosing the best products to guarantee the quality of the purchase.

As part of our experience, we know that in some cases we will not be able to meet all your expectations, which is why we offer returns and returns that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us. Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 natural days.

This deadline expires within 14 days of receipt of the product by the customer.

1) FAULTY PRODUCT OR ORDER

In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (It is clearly broken and unusable) The resulting product is completely different from the order. (Desired product A Received product B) The size sent is not the same as the desired one. (The customer requests size S and the received product is marked with size M) The customer has the right to receive a new product depending on the availability of the product. If the product is not available, the customer will receive a refund of the shop loan or the total amount.

2) THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET THE EXPECTATIONS

The selected size does not match the customer's dimensions. The customer just wants to change to a different product or return it. The designs have some differences from the photos presented in the store. The color is slightly different than in the picture. The quality of the material is not exactly what the customer wants.

3) CONDITIONS OF USE FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN

No refund request will be accepted after 14 days for any reason. Items that are damaged, dirty, reworked, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return. After accepting a return of the product, the refund will be made within 14 days.
